Hide is easily found by dismantling Bandit's Cloaks and Hoods, and other low tier gear like Simple Shoes. Stone can be a little awkward but my preferred method is farming the clickables that can appear on the map, as they respawn into different things one of which can be a stone giving us up to 10 stone at once! Check the video below for more detailed methods as we'll also need stone later on for more buildings. The gold we should have covered after 5 wins in the arena. Most quests will be split into two sections - new and experienced. The main Hero of Aethric story questline is the same as Orna, however this guide has adjusted the strategies to cater specifically for Aethric. The more dmg you do to a raid boss as a percentage of its total HP, the higher the chances you will receive a gauntlet key, and even multiple keys as well as more loot overall. I recommend joining a kingdom that matches your general activity level and hitting all the raids for at least 1 hitpoint of dmg if you can, that gets you a chance to loot a gauntlet key when the raid is killed. All kingdom raids starting with Starlord at tier 5 and above can drop you gauntlet keys, as long as you do at least some damage to them. The final way to receive more gauntlet keys is from raids. On my first Aethric character I had accumulated over 1200 gauntlet keys by the time I reached tier 10! And there are more bosses at higher tiers that drop gauntlet keys so bear that in mind, keys will likely be more plentiful for you later on. However, farming bosses for keys is still the best way and you shouldn't need to ever buy more keys with cash. Another way to get more gauntlet keys is to buy them in the Runeshop for IRL money, the item chests tend to include some gauntlet keys along with other useful items like Galar Hammers and Diluted Mnemonics. It is also possible to receive gauntlet keys as daily login rewards, and you can receive quite a few at once, more than 10 on occasion. Each mob starts fresh at 100% HP on each floor, whereas your HP and mana levels do not get refreshed, you'll need to consider bringing a few large health potions here! It's common to fail your first few dungeons in the beginning, as players normally don't have decent gear to withstand the constant barrage of damage from a series of monsters, so farming more gauntlet keys is always worth it! ![]() Dungeons are essentially a series of monster or boss fights back to back for a set number of floors, depending on your tier. The tier 10 Valley of the Gods dungeon requires 20 keys to enter it normally solo! In the Aethric main story questline at tier 3 Seeker Mara asks you to complete a gauntlet (gauntlet = dungeon in terminology). Some options like Boss Mode or Hard Mode require more keys, and higher tier dungeons also require more than 1 key. How to get gauntlet keys as a new character in Aethric?
